Our gemstones are individually designed in our Toronto studio to best suit each piece. Master artisans in Jaipur, India meticulously cut, polish, and set each gemstone by hand, which can take up to 6 hours per stone to complete.

Our semi-precious gemstones are custom cut from minerals and other natural materials, giving each stone a unique color.

Our man-made gemstones are crafted from high-quality materials with a lower environmental impact than their mined equivalents.

We are committed to ensuring the quality of each piece and proudly offer repair or refurbishment on our products free of charge. We promise a lifetime of wear and prioritize the satisfaction of our customers above all.

The DD lifetime warranty covers the normal wear and tear of a well-loved item, including any fading that may occur over time, as well as manufacturing defects. Mistreatment of the item is not covered, such as improper use or storage of the product, lost items, or damages caused by accident.

STORAGE- Store your jewelry in the DD pouch that comes with your order for added protection while not wearing it.

AVOID WATER & LOTIONS- Do not wear your jewelry in water, and always put it on after applying lotions and perfumes, as they can tarnish the metals.

CLEANING- To clean your jewelry, use a polishing cloth that is non-abrasive.
